Returns and Exchanges

Please report damaged goods or an incorrect product within 7 days of delivery and provide unboxing video proof.

Please contact us and obtain approval before sending any product back. Return requests are subject to review and approval.

We don’t have any return policy currently. But if any of the jewellery piece ordered is damaged (during transit) or a wrong design has been shipped, then within one week of delivery time it can be returned for exchange with a new piece of same or lesser value.
